 We have the best class instructors in Cardiff teaching a variety of classes that cater for all levels and preference. From holistic classes like Pilates, Yoga and Yogalates, intense fat burning sessions like Bumbuster, Aerobics, LBT right through to Pole Dancing and Nitro Circuits.  

Group exercise is one of the best ways to get results as you have dedicated instructors helping and motivating you along the way.

Class Bookings

How to book a Class:

You must first register on our online booking portal. You can do this by following these simple steps. 

  • Ask reception for your membership number, for example LP-12345
  • Follow the "register for online booking" link on our website and input your details. 
  • Once you have completed the registration form you will be sent an email with an automated username and password. 
  • Return to our website and use these details to log in, you can then change your password if desired.
  • You can book up to to 5 days in advance for classes!

Zumba returns at Park Place Thursday 10th Oct 7pm

We are pleased to announce that Zumba returns after a summer break on Thursday 10th October at 7pm. Don't forget to stay for Vinyasa Yoga straight after at 8pm!

 

V-Challenge - New Classes at Park Place

V-Challenge is a small group training programme run by one of our Personal Trainers. They are short 30 minute high intensity workouts designed to get results fast and because there is less people in a class, you get a more personalized and targeted workout. Each class focuses on a different form of training such as boxing and strength, so you get an all round workout throughout the week. Classes are either held in the gym or in the studio and this is specified on the timetable.

Take the challenge by attending 3 - 4 of these classes a week and we guarantee you will see improvements in bodyshape, strength and fitness.
